Let me first grab your attention with the following picture:

Now grab the condoms and the lube because the 2011 Cybersocket Awards were held on Monday in West Hollywood, CA at The Factory and I was able to get in exclusively with Peter Fever’s entourage… Meaning I acted as his fluffer for the entire night and by the end of the night my biceps were about as big as his.

I don’t want to actually admit how many adult stars I know, but it was definitely a wet dream come true. Walking around, there were all the people from the gay adult industry. I’m not going to list them, but lets just say I was very excited to see one of the stars from ‘It’s Gonna Hurt’.

And yes, it did hurt.

All the titans were there. All the Brents (both Corrigan and Everett) and all the Codys (both Sean and Cummings) were in attendance. Walking around, I was there to tell Peter who was who within the industry. Much like Anne Hathaway’s character in The Devil Wears Prada in the scene where she has to tell her boss the names of various heavyweights, I whispered to Peter who was who. Low and behold on our second drink, the number one twink in the world Brent Corrigan was standing right behind him.

After I cried to myself for a little bit I was able to muster up the courage, with a little help from The Blonde Ninja, and take a picture with him.

Let me tell you, Brent is SO nice. He was very professional (as professional as you can be at a gay porn ceremony) and is really perky. He was very friendly and I was able to just small talk with him and introduce him to Peter. What I loved about Brent was that he remembered my name and as we said goodbye, he gave me a big hug and said to my face, “HAVE FUN TONIGHT!” I then giggled for seven minutes and walked away, tripping and bumping into attendees.

And then I went to the bathroom to … umm… go… pee.

Once everyone was drunk and loosened up, with alcohol and/or spit, it was time to announce the winners.  There were categories like Best Latin Theme, Best Military Theme, Best Use of an Inanimate Object, etc. Chi Chi La Rue was the DJ for the night and that girl knows how to curse. Peter Fever was up for Best Asian Themed Site and he won! People basically creamed themselves and as Peter accepted his award, his shirt came off leaving Chi Chi La Rui screaming “GOD DAMN. That was hot!” into the mic after he left.

As the night went on, clothes started to become optional and more and more people were becoming more and more naked. I opted to go with the shirt-more look and walked around as Peter’s shirt carrier. It was really cute to see fans get all shy and ask him for his picture. After he got his award (which was an extremely heavy glass phallic award) more and more people were coming up to him while I got hit on by a big black lesbian.

One thing I noticed was that the gay adult industry is still very white male driven. After Peter won his award he thanked his fans (at this point his shirt was already off) and I ask him how he felt. “We [him and his fans] did it!” he said, “I’m showing everyone that Asian men are sexy!”

Never in my life did I ever think I would be meeting Brent Corrigan and other stars (who I will not name so as not to embarrass myself more than I already have). One thing I learned is that networking at a gay porn awards ceremony is that it was much like networking at a film festival. You say what projects you’re working on, take a couple pictures, get drunk and swap a business card.

…Except instead of a business card it’s more like a soft caress of the buttocks and putting a finger in a place where a finger shouldn’t be.

And this is what was in the gift bag... I'll be busy for the next couple of days...
